NHS Complaints Procedure (Putting Things Right)


Our aim is to give the highest possible standard of service and we always welcome your views. If you have any comments, suggestions or concerns, please speak to a member of staff.

 

We welcome any general comments about the services we provide and any suggestions of ways we can improve our services to you. We work hard to provide you with the best possible service. Please treat us with the courtesy and respect that the staff deserve. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to individuals who act in a violent, threatening or aggressive manner.

 

If you have a concern or complaint about any of the NHS Services we provide then please contact us in the first instance using the webform below.


This form will send directly to the Company Superintendent Pharmacist, so you can be reassured that any complaint you make will be read and dealt with at the highest level.
